Pre Disbursement Document Collection
Leads are shared which undergo calling. Clients are apprised to keep documents ready for pick up. Documents include application form, KYC and others. These documents undergo verification against originals.
Post Disbursement Document collection
These documents consist of NACH mandates, cheques, RC books and any kind of invoices.
NACH Mandates - Pickup & Process
This process helps clients with the collection of the ECS Mandates from customers. After pick ups these mandates may be presented to NPCI for processing.
Cheque Pick-up
Basis the appointment with the customers, field agents visit the customer for the pick up of the cheque. These instruments are handed over to the bank / clients office as per the directions / SOP agreed..
KYC Document Pick-up
The customer is contacted by the field agent, who visits at the agreed time and date. These documents are apploaded on the Writer's mobile app and process completed.
Loan Document Pick-up and Verification
All necessary documents pertaining to the disbursement of the loan are covered under the pick up process. These documents may include Application form, KYC documents, Cheques, NACH mandates.
