If you share your personal data for employment purpose (via email, website, or hardcopy), for generating visitor pass or fill the enquiry form on the website and send an enquiry via email we may collect information about you and the company or other entity you represent. The information collected includes your:

  1. Contact and Personal information: Such as your contact information that includes your name, email address and contact number, country, state, correspondence address.
  2. Identity information: Such as PAN card details, Social Security Number or equivalent, CCTV footage or equivalent.
  3. Financial information: Such as salary statements, bank account details.
  4. Employment related information: Such as tax returns, reference details, marriage certificate, name of your spouse, information about your dependents, passport and visa details, health data, educational information, past employment history, transgender status, Insurance Number.
  5. Any other information including but not limited to, marketing information, profile information, transaction information, etc.provide through our Sites or otherwise shared with us.
3.2 Information Passively Submitted

We may automatically collect information during your use and navigation of the site, such as the URL of the site you came from, the browser software you use, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, IP ports, date/time of access, data transferred, pages visited, amount of time you spend on the Site, information about transactions conducted on the site, and other “clickstream” data. 3.3 Sources of collection of your personal data

We collect your personal data from our website when you share your personal data for recruitment purpose, directly from you when you share your personal data for onboarding purpose, via emails when vendors or customer fills the vendor or customer enquiry forms and share it with us, when vendors shares the personal data of contract laborers with us, directly from you when you visit our office and share your personal data.

4. Children’s Privacy

We may not intentionally accept or request personal information from someone under the age of 18 years. Please do not try to apply for our services or give us any personal data about you either directly, through our website, or by other means if you are a child under the age of 18 years. Once we find that we have obtained personal information from an individual under the age of 18 years, such information will be removed as soon as possible. If you are a parent or a lawful guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with his/her personal data, please email us and we will work with you to erase his/her personal data within a reasonable time.

5. Data Security

Writer maintains reasonable technical, administrative, and physical controls to secure any Personal Data collected through our website, customer and vendor enquiries received over mail, personal details of employees, prospective employees or contract laborers received over email or hardcopies which are digitized subsequently. However, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party could intercept Internet transmission, or that someone will find a way to thwart our security systems. We urge you to exercise caution when transmitting Personal Data over the Internet, especially your finance-related information.

8.2 Right to erasure of personal data

You have the right to request that we erase the personal information we have collected from you or obtained from you. Upon receipt of a request for erasure, we will erase your personal data within a reasonable time unless retention of the same is necessary for the specified purpose or for compliance with any law for the time being in force.

8.3 Right to correction, completion or updating of personal data.

You have the right to request that we correct the inaccurate or misleading personal data, complete the incomplete personal data and update it.

8.4 Right of grievance redressal

You have the right to get your grievances addressed by us.

8.5 Right to nominate

You have the right to nominate any other individual, who shall exercise rights available to you, in the event of your death or incapacity (Incapacity refers to your inability to exercise the abovementioned rights due to unsoundness of mind or infirmity of body).

8.6 Right to withdraw the consent

You have the right to withdraw the consent already provided by you for any specified purpose.

Please note that the above-mentioned rights are not absolute and have certain exceptions. If your request falls within the exceptions, we will notify you during receipt of request from your side. We will provide a written acknowledgement upon receipt of your request and might seek additional information regarding your request including the proof of identity. We are obliged to respond to any such request within one month from receipt of a valid request, subject to exceptions prescribed under the applicable laws.

9. Storage and Retention

Where personal data is controlled by Writer, we will retain your Personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Notice or the consent form, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Rest assured, your personal data will be deleted/destroyed/archived post the retention period as per the data destruction mechanism developed by Writer in accordance with applicable laws, industry best practices, sectoral guidelines, and contractual arrangements.

Our company has a documented anti-bribery and corruption policy. We maintain physical and e-learning trainings for all our employees on topics to combat corruption and we also collect annual declaration statements from all employees for the Code of Business Ethics compliance.

Our company has procedures to identify the risk of bribery and corruption, to implement and monitor its policies for all staff and processes to manage incidents.
