CMMi SVC V2.0 ML5

WIMS’s SSS, BPS, CDS and DS Business Units have been appraised at Maturity Level 5 (ML5) by CMMI Institute. CMMI SVC ML5 is the highest appraisal rating that can be achieved, designated as Optimizing, and is reserved for organizations that demonstrate true process optimization. Organizations that are appraised at CMMI ML5 are recognized for their quality and approach in following the principles of continuous improvement.

WIMS’s SSS, BPS, CDS and DS Business Units have been accredited with ISO 27001:2013 certification. ISO 27001 is an internationally-recognized standard that specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard.

WIMS’s SSS Business Unit has been accredited with ISO 15489:2016 certification. ISO 15489 applies to the creation, capture, and management of records regardless of structure or form, in all types of industries/sectors and technological environments, over time.

ISO 20000:2018

WIMS’s SSS Business Unit has been accredited with ISO 20000:2018 certification. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 is an international standard for Service Management that defines requirements for the development, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of Service Management System.

PCI DSS

WIMS’s SSS Business Unit has been accredited with PCI DSS certification. PCI DSS is an international payment card industry data security standard founded by the members of the PCI Security Standards Committee (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB, etc.)
